Pace® Analytical Services in Sheridan, Wyoming is seeking a Technical Specialist to provide leadership in analysis and administration of our programs, ensuring compliance and high-quality data.

You will oversee testing processes, calibrations, and complex documentation while guiding staff to meet regulatory requirements and internal standards, contributing to our mission of safety and scientific excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus eight (8) years of related experience; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Experience with highly specialized or technical programs or operations.
• Knowledge of testing tools, equipment, calibration processes, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads staff and provides training and direction.
• Oversees complex forms, documents, databases, and related materials.
• Provides expert analysis and guidance on policies and practices to staff and management.
• Researches issues and coordinates resources and responses as needed.
• Analyzes operations and presents recommendations to management.
• Ensures accuracy of testing, equipment, procedures, databases, and reports through audits.
