Job summary

Cox Automotive Retail Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive Dealer.com product sales to franchise dealerships in Michigan and Ohio. This remote role requires the candidate to reside in the territory and travel extensively (70%+).

You will use consultative selling to win complex opportunities and build strong executive relationships with dealership leaders. Expect to exceed revenue targets and collaborate with regional teams to deliver strategic solutions, while promoting Cox

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; multiple qualification combos accepted.
Strong knowledge of automotive software and dealership software preferred.
Ability to travel 60–75% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Sell Dealer.com products to franchise car dealerships and maximize revenue in the territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with dealership decision-makers (Principals, Controllers, GMs).
Close complex sales opportunities using Cox Auto selling approach and consultative insights.
Meet or exceed revenue goals on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Backfill and manage territory coverage as needed.
