About the Role
Omega Hires is seeking an experienced Client Partner / Account Growth & Delivery Manager to manage and grow existing US technology staffing accounts while driving delivery performance, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US IT Staffing, client relationship management, account growth, recruiting delivery, and staffing sales. This role requires someone who can understand client hiring needs, work closely with recruiting teams, identify expansion opportunities, and take ownership of account performance and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
- Manage and develop existing US technology staffing accounts.
- Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, HR/Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP, and VMS stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand into new departments, hiring teams, projects, technologies, and skill categories.
- Develop account plans and strategies to increase staffing volume and revenue.
- Own account-level revenue, gross margin, placement, and delivery targets.
- Maintain sales pipelines, account forecasts, and opportunity tracking.
- Lead client meetings, business reviews, hiring discussions, and account strategy sessions.
Staffing Delivery
- Understand and qualify client requirements, including skills, experience, rates, location, timelines, and hiring priorities.
- Translate client requirements into clear recruiting and delivery strategies.
- Partner closely with recruiters to prioritize requirements and improve candidate quality and submission speed.
- Monitor delivery metrics including requisition coverage, submissions, interviews, offers, placements, time-to-fill, and consultant retention.
- Provide recruiters with market intelligence, candidate positioning guidance, and feedback on difficult-to-fill requirements.
- Participate directly in recruiting and candidate sourcing for critical or specialized positions when required.
Client & Commercial Management
- Manage client expectations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Resolve client escalations, delivery challenges, candidate concerns, and consultant issues.
- Negotiate staffing rates, margins, extensions, contract terms, and other commercial requirements.
- Identify cross-selling and account expansion opportunities.
- Support contract renewals, consultant extensions, and account retention.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in US Technology Staffing.
- Strong hands-on experience recruiting and delivering technology professionals for US-based clients.
- Proven experience in staffing account management, client partnership, delivery management, or staffing sales.
- Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and contribute to revenue and gross-margin growth.
- Experience with contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing models.
- Strong understanding of US technology roles, skill sets, market rates, and talent-market conditions.
- Experience working closely with recruiting teams and taking ownership of delivery performance.
- Ability to analyze and improve submission-to-interview, interview-to-placement, fill-rate, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Experience working with ATS, CRM, and VMS platforms.
- Strong client-facing communication, negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and stakeholders independently.
