Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery, including payroll and tax processing. You will coordinate user setup and training, support retention initiatives, and act as a liaison to internal operations while overseeing payroll accuracy and issue resolution.

The role involves leading client meetings, advising on tax/account issues, and guiding a team to deliver on SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 2+ years PEO/ASO/HCM or related experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with clients.
• Experience with payroll processes and tax guidance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for an assigned group of clients.
• Coordinate user setup and training for payroll and service platforms.
• Facilitate retention strategies and liaise between clients and internal teams.
• Oversee payroll processing and assist with tax and reporting requirements.
• Review payrolls, resolve errors, and support Payroll Specialists.
• Lead client meetings and monitor service delivery per SOPs.
