Randstad USA in Las Vegas is seeking a Business Representative to be the main liaison between customers and internal teams. The role focuses on daily tactical support, order flow, and delivering clear, actionable requirements for client accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational education required.
• 5+ years of direct customer-facing experience.
• 5+ years of pricing and invoicing experience, including complex pricing models.
• Prior 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience.
• Prior warehouse environment experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP.
• Willingness to travel for initial training and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily tactical business requirements for client accounts.
• Interact directly with clients to translate requirements into clear deliverables.
• Investigate and resolve tactical questions raised by clients or internal teams.
• Monitor daily order flow, backlog reconciliation, expediting, and new part setups.
• Forecast stock levels, manage inventory turns, and track customer liabilities.
• Handle first-level client escalations and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Coordinate and monitor special projects across internal departments and client teams.
