Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a motivated SAP logistics support analyst to join the logistics systems team in Las Vegas or remote within the USA. The role focuses on SAP EWM and MM processes, document tracking, and helping the team adhere to best practices.

You will assist with PO, STO, deliveries, inbound deliveries, and transport units, explain SAP workflows, resolve minor issues, and contribute to internal process documentation while learning and growing with mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• SAP knowledge: familiarity with SAP systems, especially EWM and MM modules.
• Understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain Processes: PO, STO, and Delivery Management.
• Knowledge of database systems and data integrity: works with spreadsheets and databases.
• Attention to Detail: track and manage documents and deadlines.
• Communication Skills: explain processes clearly and assist team members.
• Problem-Solving Ability: tackle issues and elevate when needed.
• Eagerness to Learn: proactive attitude toward SAP-related processes.

Responsibilities

• SAP Process Support: Navigate SAP EWM and MM processes, including document tracking.
• Document Management: Track open documents such as PO, STO, Delivery Dates, Inbound Deliveries, and TU.
• System Guidance: Explain SAP processes and answer basic process-related queries.
• Troubleshooting: Identify minor system issues and elevate complex problems to senior team members.
• Training and Support: Explain SAP process flow and ensure relevant documents are captured.
• Continuous Learning: Develop knowledge of SAP modules and improve internal documentation.
