Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily tactical business requirements for client accounts.

• Monitor daily order flow, backlog reconciliation, expediting, and new part setups.
• Forecast stock levels, manage inventory turns, and track customer liabilities.

Job description

We have a great direct hire opportunity for a Business Representative in Las Vegas! The Business Representative serves as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments to optimize client service and resolve operational and administrative challenges. This role is responsible for providing daily tactical support for one or more key client accounts.

salary: $52,000 - $58,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily tactical business requirements for client accounts.
• Interact directly with clients to translate customer and business requirements into clear deliverables.
• Investigate and resolve tactical questions and issues raised by clients or internal teams.
• Manage and monitor the daily flow of orders, including backlog management, order reconciliation, expediting, and new part setups.
• Accurately monitor and forecast stock levels, manage inventory turns, and track liabilities born by the customer.
• Manage first-level client escalations and ensure all contractual obligations are met to drive high client satisfaction.
• Coordinate and monitor special projects, such as new service launches, across internal departments and client teams.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or vocational education required.
• Customer-Facing Experience: 5+ years of direct customer-facing experience required.
• Pricing & Invoicing: 5+ years of experience with pricing and invoicing required, including understanding complex pricing models.
• 3PL & Warehouse Experience: Prior 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience required.
• Operational Knowledge: Prior warehouse environment experience required.
• ERP Systems: Hands-on experience with SAP ERP required.
• Mobility & Travel: Comfortable traveling to Miami, FL and Nashville, TN for initial training and organizational onboarding while the Las Vegas facility is being completed.
