Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates is seeking a Revenue & Operations Project Manager in our Houston office, operating in a hybrid capacity. You will serve as the strategic partner and primary contact for partners, practice areas, clients, and the firm’s client administration and accounting teams to drive day-to-day operations.

The role emphasizes client onboarding, billing, rates, e-billing, and collections, with a strong focus on process improvement.

Qualificações

• Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with partners and clients.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of law firm client administration, including intake, billing, e-billing, conflicts, KYC, rates, pricing, and collections.
• Proficiency in firm software (Outlook, Excel, Aderant Expert, iManage) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, practice areas, clients, and internal client administration and accounting teams.
• Condenses complex information into clear, actionable summaries and reports to support decision-making and progress with client accounting teams.
• Prepares and delivers regular updates on onboarding, billing, collections and financial performance.
• Provides guidance on client accounting processes, policies, and best practices.
• Follows up with clients and internal teams to move matters forward and ensure timely completion of accounting processes.
• Collaborates with clients and accounting teams to resolve invoice issues and ensure prompt payment.
• Facilitates information needed for the e-billing team to submit bills electronically and address rejections.
