Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly billing cycle and billing preparation.
• Prepare bills, partner edits, and internal documentation.
• Assist with complex billing and client analysis projects.
• Review outstanding balance reports and escalate as needed.
• Respond to inquiries from attorneys, secretaries, etc.
• Maintain billing files and logs.
• Support billing and collection activities under supervision.
• Identify issues and escalate appropriately.
• Document meetings with partners for follow-up.
