Job summary

Sharebite is hiring a Client Operations Lead to ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing service experience for clients. You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Care, Logistics, Growth, and Product to launch new clients and scale key processes across California and beyond.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, build staffing plans, and create SOPs while identifying operational risks before launches. This role combines project management and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in Operations, Client Operations, Hospitality Operations, Logistics, Customer Success, or Project Management.
• Experience leading projects and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Travel 50–75% to visit client sites and support launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead client launches and develop site-specific operating procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding and launch timelines across internal teams.
• Build staffing plans and operational playbooks for new clients.
• Own day-to-day operational success of assigned client sites and monitor performance.
• Develop SOPs and document operational processes.
• Coach and empower COAs and site leads to uphold service standards.
