Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Banking Operations.

Responsibilities

• Process Investment Platform and account maintenance requests for new and existing clients. Including updates to personal information, account titles, account types, and other service-related changes maintenances.
• Review and update W-8 forms to ensure proper tax certification and avoid withholding issues.
• Analyze and respond to client service requests submitted via the 360 CRM system.
• Perform signature verification for all client-submitted requests.
• Scan and allocate client documents into the imaging system (Synergy).
• Provide support for internal assistance when needed.
