Job summary

Bci Miami and Bci Securities seek a Client Services Onboarding Specialist to act as a primary client-facing representative, handling account applications, onboarding documentation, and ensuring compliance with AML/KYC and internal policies.

You will coordinate end-to-end processing for individuals and entities, provide exceptional service to clients, bankers, and CSAs, and contribute to a smooth onboarding experience while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years’ experience with account opening for international clients.
• Experience with AML/KYC regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end processing of new account openings for clients.
• Process applications and onboarding documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide clear communication to clients, bankers, and CSAs about steps and timelines.
• Maintain audit trails and regulatory compliance.
