Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and provide quality service in person, by email, and by phone.
• Perform teller duties when needed, including deposits, cashier's checks, money orders, and cash advances.
• Gather CTR information for transactions over the threshold and balance the cash drawer.
