Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships.
• Gathers required documentation and verifies information for accuracy.
• Performs common processing and ensures compliance with regulations and processes.
• Acts as a point of contact for clients and escalates issues as needed.
• Initiates, updates and verifies client/account details in systems; provides reports.
• May serve as a peer resource or perform general administrative support.
