Qualifications

• 2-4 years teller experience or client service experience.
• Strong sales experience and needs-based selling skills.
• Knowledge of Federal & State banking regulations.
• Ability to follow policy, maintain accuracy, and handle complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• On-board new clients and open accounts within policy.
• Process wires, transfers, and deposit/loan inquiries.
• Maintain confidential client files and service records.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with Relationship Manager.
