Job summary

Questco Companies is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our New Client Implementation Team. You will guide clients through the implementation process, gather required documentation, and drive timelines to ensure a smooth setup and exceptional initial experience.

The role requires strong customer service, relationship-building, and cross-functional coordination across departments. You will engage in onsite and virtual meetings, maintain timelines, and help promote a quality service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• 3+ years supporting delivery of development projects or client service.
• Experience with payroll/HR and multi-state payrolls preferred.
• Proactive problem solving and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult and guide assigned new clients through the implementation process.
• Review client contracts and sales documents to determine services to be implemented.
• Gather documents to ensure timely setup and project timelines.
• Lead onsite or virtual meetings and communicate with teams.
• Monitor cross-functional work and review sessions with customers during implementation.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handoffs and client retention.
