Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks an Implementation Consultant, HCM to lead client onboarding for payroll and HR solutions. You will manage requirements, configure systems, and guide clients through go-live, training, and ongoing support.

Collaboration with Sales, Payroll, and Product teams is essential to deliver a seamless implementation. The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and meticulous data handling to ensure client objectives are met and processes run smoothly across

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 2+ years in HR/Payroll outsourcing preferred.
• Experience with iSolved HRIS; knowledge of payroll/HR processes and compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new applications quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead full implementation projects from kick-off to go-live and post-live support.
• Gather client requirements and configure HRIS/payroll solutions accordingly.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on using the HRIS system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Payroll, and Product teams to ensure cohesive implementations.
• Transition clients to the service team after go-live and maintain client relationships.
