Netlink Voice LLC is seeking a highly organized Back Project Manager to lead our client onboarding experience in Flowood, MS. You will guide the onboarding from contract signing through post-launch, coordinating with clients and internal technical teams to ensure a seamless, white-glove transition.

Your role emphasizes clear communication, detailed documentation, and training development across platforms, with a focus on delivering exceptional user adoption and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation support, or project management in technology/service environments.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client-facing presentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple onboarding projects and tasks.
• Strong technical aptitude with IT, security services, voice, and data products.
• Experience with ticketing systems and CRMs; solid documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and dedicated guide for clients navigating the onboarding and implementation lifecycle.
• Maintain proactive, concise communication to manage expectations and ensure a white-glove customer experience from kickoff to handoff.
• Engage with clients to gather essential requirements for setting up Security Services, IT, Voice, and Data products.
• Document the onboarding journey in the CRM system with notes, correspondence, and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure provisioning and configuration tests align with the project timeline.
• Develop training materials and deliver comprehensive demos and educational sessions for clients, agents, and partners.
• Guide clients through porting and platform-specific procedures, ensuring understanding of steps and timelines.
• Monitor ongoing implementations, provide status updates to stakeholders, and manage workload to meet deadlines.
• Support hyper-care post-launch with troubleshooting, call flow adjustments, and moves/adds/changes.
