Job summary

Park Place Technologies is seeking an onboarding manager within the Client Services team to drive the end-to-end onboarding of new customers, from initial engagement through delivery and handoff.

You will plan, execute, monitor, and hand off onboarding projects, address customer issues promptly, and collaborate with internal teams while maintaining clear communication with customers and leadership throughout the process.

• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for new customers and coordinate with internal teams to meet timelines.
• Own the onboarding project from planning through to successful handoff to support teams.
• Identify and resolve issues during onboarding and manage customer expectations.
• Continuously assess processes and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams about progress and changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
