Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Business Support Associate to deliver timely, customer-focused service to candidates, contractors, clients, and internal partners. The role covers onboarding, payroll and invoicing support, and front-office duties across field offices and corporate centers.

You will liaise with centralized teams to drive onboarding, resolve issues, coordinate travel, and maintain records. This position emphasizes accuracy, communication, and collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 1+ year of experience in customer service.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and problem solve to meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented with ability to give/receive feedback in real time.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with internal customers locally and in corporate locations.
• Integrity and confidentiality with HR policies.
• Ability to tackle complex issues and develop practical solutions.
