Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Talent Operations Advisor I to streamline the onboarding journey for future associates in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for onboarding questions, tracking inquiries, and ensuring a positive candidate experience through defined SLAs.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition to review profiles, assist with open requisitions, and support redeployments across the team while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or support required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for future associates supporting onboarding tasks.
• Record inquiries using case management tool and meet SLAs.
• Assist Talent Acquisition with reviewing job profiles and requisitions.
• Support redeployment of talent with Talent Acquisition.
• Escalate complex or confidential inquiries as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of information per policies.
• Meet or exceed applicable SLAs and performance metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Associate degree

Associate's degree in HR/Business or related field

1 year customer service experience
