Partners Capital seeks a Client Onboarding Associate in Boston to coordinate onboarding for new clients and liaise with Investment Teams ensuring a high standard of client experience.

The role involves implementing procedures, understanding various investing entities, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve efficiency and reporting. Excellent communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in investment operations, investor relations, or onboarding preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills.
• High degree of integrity and professionalism; team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new client accounts with Business Development, Investment, Compliance and Client Operations.
• Prepare onboarding documentation and account opening materials.
• Review KYC documentation and ensure AML compliance.
