Job summary

TEKsystems in Bellevue, WA is hiring a Business Support Associate to deliver timely customer service to contract employees, clients and internal partners. The role supports onboarding, payroll and general office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding, processing weekly payroll, handling inquiries, and maintaining office processes while collaborating with center and field teams. This is an on-site, full-time position with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a customer service related position.
• Associates degree or two years of applicable experience in customer service.
• Internship or work experience in customer service or a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Support consultant onboarding activities including I-9 and E-Verify, asset ordering.
• Coordinate with center field support to ensure payroll completion and lifecycle management via Cases.
• Conduct internal employee onboarding from start to finish.
• Submit weekly payroll for internal employees.
• Provide general business support to Director of Branch Operations and to all internal staff.
