Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Temporary Onboarding Operations Associate to support onboarding and off-boarding for contract employees, clients, and delivery teams. You will ensure superior post-offer screening and smooth onboarding experiences, coordinating pre-employment requirements and data handling across sites.

The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy in documentation, and compliance with field office processes, with non-remote, on-site work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a customer service related position.
• Associates degree or two years of applicable experience in customer service.
• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, and Accounting preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience
• Receive and review onboarding trigger (ESF, SIF, or other forms)
• Coordinate contractor orientations, I9s, and other local onboarding requirements
• Ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed in a timely manner
• Manage background, drug testing and medical screening process for contractors
• Enter and manage candidate data and lifecycle updates in the system
