Job summary

Payactiv, a Silicon Valley fintech leader, seeks a Client Onboarding Manager to lead onboarding of employer clients from sales to Launch, partnering with internal teams to drive implementation and adoption. The role blends project management, customer engagement, and product expertise to create rapid value for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, or Account Management within B2B SaaS/fintech.
• Experience working with HR / employer-based clients is preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employer clients.
• Establish timelines, milestones, and expectations for smooth implementation.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure timely completion of requirements.
