Job summary

Connecteam is seeking an Onboarding Manager to guide new customers from partnership handoff to payroll go-live and beyond. You will coordinate with partners and internal teams to configure employees, time tracking, PTO, payroll rules, and integrations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and accurate payroll.

Responsibilities include leading kickoff, setup, training, and ongoing support through initial payroll cycles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer-facing SaaS role with SMB & Mid Market client sizes.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple implementations and priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills with ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn software, troubleshoot issues, and understand integrations and data flows.
• Strong organizational skills with a customer-first approach in managing complex implementations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers, internal teams, and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and ability to navigate ambiguity and changing customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer onboarding process from handoff through go-live and payroll stabilization.
• Lead discovery and solution design by translating workflows into Connecteam setup.
• Configure relevant Connecteam account settings and integrations.
• Deliver training and manage stakeholders across customers, partner, Sales, Support, Product and Leadership.
• Troubleshoot issues across the full payroll workflow and maintain accurate records.
