BILL, a remote-first fintech company with offices in San Jose, CA and Draper, UT, is hiring a Scaled Onboarding Specialist. You will guide new customers through a fast, high-quality onboarding across Spend & Expense and AP/AR, helping to activate quickly and deliver a superior customer experience.

This role teams with Sales, Success, Support, and others to ensure smooth setup, integrations, and adoption. We value clear communication, speed, and customer success, and offer comprehensive benefits

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in SaaS/fintech preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Meet with newly signed customers to guide onboarding across AP/AR and Spend & Expense.
• Deliver a high-quality onboarding experience prioritizing speed and confidence.
• Support customers with basic setup and product integrations.
• Educate customers on best practices and core workflows.
• Drive early product adoption and track risks or blockers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and cross-functional teams.
