Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Onboarding Lead to manage end-to-end onboarding for new clients, coordinating internal teams, timelines and communications to ensure a smooth transition to established operational flow.

You will serve as the primary liaison during implementation, drive detailed project plans, and help integrate systems such as EDI and claims platforms while ensuring compliance and post‑implementation support. 40-hour work week in a full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of healthcare implementation or client onboarding experience.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client expectations.
• Proficiency with healthcare systems like EDI and claims platforms.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, collaboration, and delivery execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding from contract execution to go-live and expand services with clients.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation with timely updates.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams (ops, IT, claims, compliance, accounting) for integration.
• Facilitate data exchange and system configuration (claims routing, reports, invoicing).
• Conduct onboarding meetings and training with client stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve implementation issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and provide post-implementation support.
