Job summary

Influential Network, Inc. is seeking an experienced Specialist, Client Management in Chicago to learn and support how campaigns are executed. You’ll work with Client and Campaign Management teams to ensure scope, timelines, and processes are met, handling multiple tasks daily with prior agency account management experience.

The role focuses on collaboration across beauty, QSR, auto, CPG, finance, gaming, and more, with opportunities to mentor juniors and influence campaign success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, digital media, or advertising.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple clients and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a startup environment and building processes.
• Knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Passion for social media and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive success of campaigns across diverse industries by collaborating with operations and sales teams.
• Participate in client campaign kickoff calls to outline influencer selection and execution.
• Navigate roadblocks and provide actionable solutions.
• Prepare reports and analyze ad performance, offering optimization recommendations.
• Track workflow and tasks in the project management platform.
• Organize timelines, concepts and paid media strategies for flights from 1 day to 1 year.
• Maintain knowledge of ad products, specs, and timelines for asset delivery.
• Educate sales and clients on Influential’s offerings and industry trends.
• Develop strong client relationships through attention to detail and delivery.
• Assist with monthly billing reconciliation with finance.
• Mentor junior team members and share learnings within Account Management.
