Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in agency, marketing-tech, media, or influencer marketing environments.
• Experience leading complex influencer, social, or integrated campaigns from kickoff through reporting.
• Proven experience managing tight production timelines and high-volume creator deliverables workflows.
• Experience building and managing campaign timelines, status trackers, deliverable matrices, approval flows, and progress updates.
• Experience overseeing content shoots and/or live event activations on-site with clients and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-faceted influencer marketing campaigns for a flagship financial services client.
• Serve as the day-to-day client lead, driving communication, alignment, and flawless execution.
• Own campaign timelines from kickoff through wrap, including production schedules, creator deliverables, and reporting milestones.
• Partner with the client, internal teams, and stakeholders to align strategies with brand and business objectives.
• Monitor trends and platform shifts to inform influencer strategy and recommendations.
• Oversee production and live event activations, including shoot planning and on-site coordination.
• Mentor account managers and activation team members to foster collaboration and operational excellence.
