Setpoint is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead multiple customer implementations and partner with various teams. The role reports to the Director of Capital Solutions and emphasizes clear communication, proactive issue-resolution, and a client-centric delivery approach.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and skilled at turning complex ideas into actionable solutions while strengthening client relationships. Hybrid role with two in-office days in Austin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, banking, enterprise technology, or a related client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management efforts for multiple customer implementations with clear communication.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to assess scope and milestones.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation workflows and overall delivery.
