Job summary

INTX Insurance Software in Austin is seeking a Client Implementation Lead to drive client implementations from requirements gathering through go-live, working closely with company leadership and our engineering teams.

This unique role sits at the intersection of delivery and business development, involving travel to client workshops, go-lives, industry conferences, tradeshows, and partner events to accelerate growth and build relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, MIS, or related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a Client Implementation Lead or similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from kickoff through go-live, tracking status, risks, and dependencies.
• Support configuration, testing, and UAT with client stakeholders.
• Travel for client meetings, tradeshows, and conferences to support sales conversations.
