Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Strategic Implementation Manager to bridge Sales and Operations, owning partner engagements from contract signature to launch.

You will plan, coordinate, and oversee all implementation and fulfillment activities, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and partner commitments are met with precision and professional handoffs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in project management or related field and at least five years in program delivery or partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in program delivery, operations, project management, client services, or partner relationship management.
• Project Management Certification or training preferred.
• Experience with utility assistance or customer service is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and external stakeholders to on-time completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all implementation and fulfillment activities from contract handoff to launch.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource use against contract terms.
• Serve as primary liaison after go-live, providing updates and addressing issues.
• Lead annual benchmarking with COO/CFO and document performance against commitments.
• Develop SOWs and manage special projects for existing partners.
