Job summary

SourceDay is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Implementation Manager to help onboard new customers on our SaaS platform. You will work with experienced Implementation Managers and Engineers to coordinate tasks, learn technical and business fundamentals, and help ensure a smooth customer experience from contract close through deployment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, customer success, or related fields (internships or co-op experience welcome).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required—open to candidates with a strong interest in SaaS, supply chain, or project management.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and task tracking software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively plan and schedule project timeline and resources while clearly communicating priorities and deliverables, risks, and managing client expectations
• Assist with tracking project milestones and deliverables.
• Participate in customer meetings to understand goals and document requirements.
• Communicate updates and action items with internal and external stakeholders.
• Help maintain implementation documentation and handoff materials.
• Identify potential roadblocks and elevate issues when appropriate.
• Learn SourceDay’s platform and implementation methodology to grow into more senior roles.
