Job summary

Setpoint, a provider of capital and technology infrastructure, is seeking an Implementation Manager to join the team. You will lead multi-stakeholder client implementations, ensuring clear communication and on-time delivery while partnering with internal and external teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong writer and speaker, with a proven track record in delivering complex projects in banking or enterprise tech.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, banking, enterprise technology, or a related client-facing role.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Setpoint provides critical infrastructure for relationships between the world’s largest banks, credit funds and capital markets counterparties. We’re building trust in this system of credit. Setpoint also uses this infrastructure to provide collateralized debt facilities to businesses. This role will focus mostly on the technology side of the business.

They will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. This role reports directly to the Director of Capital Solutions.

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 dependent on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications.
