Job summary

Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks an Implementation Manager to own client onboarding and manage end-to-end implementations for core accounts. You will coordinate with sales, benefits teams and matrix partners to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5+ years in client-facing project roles, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office and tracking systems. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years work experience in project management/account management/account services/sales with significant client interaction.
• Ability to influence key decision makers and manage ambiguity.
• Strong analytical ability to design, track and meet performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new and renewing clients.
• Lead implementation meetings and present plans to clients and partners.
• Coordinate internal matrix team to execute overall implementation.
• Communicate ongoing status and resolve issues related to implementation.
• Travel 10–20% domestically as needed.
