Job summary

Press Ganey Associates LLC is hiring a Client Implementation Manager for a hybrid role in the United States (Chicago, South Bend, or Provo). You will serve as the primary client contact, guide implementation from post-sales handoff to go-live, and coordinate with internal teams to align product needs and timelines.

We seek a candidate with at least 5 years in client-facing project management or consulting, preferably in healthcare, with strong communication, analytics, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing project management, consulting, or operations role, ideally in healthcare.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, listening, and presentation skills.
• Solid working knowledge of improvement methodology, best practices, and data analytics.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects and attaining high client satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing competing client needs.
• Obsession with customer experience including follow-up and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day oversight of the client implementation including understanding client goals, recommending product configuration, setting expectations, and establishing priorities.
• Forms strong relationships with clients by serving as the primary point of contact for implementation and communicating client feedback internally.
• Partners with the Delivery Team to ensure completion of product configuration, manage timelines, and set up clients for success.
• Collaborate between multiple departments to reconcile competing priorities and maximize client satisfaction and project success.
• Brings in PGForsta experts and creates seamless handoff to other departments and post-implementation support.
• Identifies and elevates challenges and risks to supervisors and senior team members before problems become critical.
• Provides product overview and connects clients with training and education opportunities.
