Job summary

Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks a Client Experience Consultant to partner with Middle Market Account Executives to drive retention and growth. You will coordinate activities addressing client health, wellbeing, and service needs, building trusted relationships and delivering results across multiple product lines.

Applicants should have health industry experience and strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; health-related industry experience required.
• Knowledge of Cigna funding options and platforms preferred.
• Ability to manage through systems and influence external clients and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Support Middle Market Account Executives strategic selling approach that best demonstrates Cigna Healthcare’s value.
• Develop/Maintain a ‘Trusted Partner’ relationship with Account Executives.
• Fully understands client needs, develops and executes on actions addressing client issues.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Cigna products/solutions across Dental, Behavioral, Pharmacy, Medical, Clinical, and Wellness & Incentives.
• Leverage Expert Advisors to deliver on client expectations.
• Ensure communications are clear, concise, and align with Cigna’s strategy.
