Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Implementation Specialist to oversee client onboarding from initiation through the first 90 days, coordinating across Sales, Operations, and Finance. The role ensures a positive client experience during deployment and first program launches with IQVIA MedTech.

The candidate will develop a client recruitment profile, training curriculum, and a deployment roadmap, while aligning with Quality and Billing processes for a seamless launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in management or project management.
• Flexibility to work before/after typical office hours as workload demands.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Promote quality through expert understanding of the Novasyte process.
• Collaborate with internal partners (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR) to plan and execute client-specific requirements.
• Establish a roadmap for success within the first 90 days of a new client program launch.
• Consult with the client to develop recruitment profile and strategy; coordinate with Operations.
• Guide training programs and curriculum for new program launches.
• Attend and direct new client training programs with IQVIA MedTech consultants.
• Develop strategy for deployment of new Novasyte consultants in the field after training.
• Monitor KPIs and progress through the first 90 days of program launch.
• Create Quarterly Business Reviews with Sales to review the first 90 days.
