Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support liaison between the client and IQVIA.
• Maintain post-sale contact to maximize value and foster long-term relationships.
• Build and maintain client relationships to proactively support needs.
• Explain and expand usage of IQVIA deliverables to derive revenue opportunities.
• Monitor performance against service agreements and ensure obligations are met.
• Conduct product/services and process training for clients and staff.
• Attend service meetings at client sites and partner with the account manager.
• Represent IQVIA on external client projects if needed.
