Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an HR/Client Services professional to provide expert consultation on human resources matters and employment law compliance. You will advise on handbook options, address client inquiries, and help maintain strong relationships with clients across the US market.

The role requires strong communication, 1 year of related experience, and a focus on delivering compliant solutions while supporting ongoing client needs and billing inquiries.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred
• 1 year of experience in Client Service, HR, or related fields
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Experience with billing inquiries and account information

Responsibilities

• Advises clients on HR matters, best practices, and employee handbook options.
• Addresses and resolves client inquiries about HR and employment law.
• Builds client relationships and provides high-quality service to maintain satisfaction and retention.
• Keeps up-to-date with changes in employment law and communicates relevant requirements to clients.
• Offers innovative solutions and overcomes objections when resolving problems.
• Follows up with clients regarding HR or employment law topics.
• Supports handbook creation and changes by gathering client information.
• Fields inbound and makes outbound calls to support clients with products and services.
• Evaluates client billing questions and account information.
• Participates in special projects as needed.
