Job summary

Absolute Storage Management, LLC. is seeking a Floating Assistant Manager, aka Client Happiness Hero & Master of Multitasking, to support three Augusta properties. You will help customers rent units, identify storage needs, guide new customers through the rental process, and contribute to daily office tasks and upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales or retail preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced customer service environment preferred.
• Property Manager: at least one year of property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renting units in-person, via phone, and through advertising/marketing opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and guiding customers through rental processes.
• Resolves issues professionally and positively.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of records; perform minor maintenance and inspections.
• Shop local competitors; report rates and promotions to supervisors and departments.
• Monitor rates, specials, and revenue-related factors.
• Handle daily admin tasks including cash handling, balancing receipts, pursuing collections, posting payments, deposits, and auctions per policy.
