Absolute Storage Management, LLC. is seeking an Assistant Manager (Client Happiness Hero) at an Alpharetta, GA location. The role focuses on helping customers rent storage units, driving sales through rentals, insurance and moving supplies, and maintaining a high-contact customer service standard.

You will supervise day-to-day office tasks, coordinate with team members, monitor pricing and promotions, and support property operations while ensuring a friendly, efficient experience for tenants.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with renting units in-person, via phone and through advertising opportunities; enhance sales through rentals, insurance and moving supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and guiding customers through rental processes.
• Resolve issues professionally and positively.
• Maintain daily office cleanliness and organization; perform minor maintenance and property inspections to ensure timely tasks.
• Monitor local competitors; report pricing and promotions to supervisors; perform marketing tasks as needed.
• Monitor rates, specials and revenue-related factors.
• Handle daily admin tasks: cash handling, balancing, collections, postings, deposits and auctions per policy and laws.
• Assist tenants with rentals through programs like U-Haul, Penske at participating locations.
