Job summary

Absolute Storage Management, LLC. is seeking a Property Manager, a Client Happiness Hero & Master of Multitasking, at our Gulfport location.

You will assist customers with renting units in person and by phone, while driving sales through rentals, insurance and moving supplies. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, experience in sales or retail, and at least one year of property management experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales or retail environment preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer service-related environment preferred.
• Property Manager: at least one year of property management experience preferred.
• For positions involving driving, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renting units in-person, via phone, and through advertising/marketing opportunities.
• Enhance sales through rentals, insurance and moving supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and offering solutions; guide new customers through rental processes.
• Resolves issues professionally and positively.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the office, restrooms, grounds, and vacant units; keep records and perform minor maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Shop local competitors in-person and online and report rates and specials to supervisors.
• Monitor rates, specials and revenue-related factors.
• Perform daily administrative tasks including handling cash, balancing receipts, pursuing collections, posting payments, and processing deposits.
