Absolute Storage Management, LLC. is seeking an Assistant Manager (Client Happiness Hero) in Hot Springs, AR to assist customers with renting units in person and by phone, sell insurance and moving supplies, and provide outstanding service by identifying storage needs and guiding clients through the rental process.

This part-time role (~24 hours/week) requires a high school diploma or GED, a friendly disposition, and experience in fast-paced customer service.

Formación

• Requires strong customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; retail/sales experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with renting units in-person and by phone; upsell insurance and moving supplies.
• Provide excellent service by identifying storage needs and guiding rental processes.
• Resolve issues professionally and maintain orderly office, records, and property.
• Monitor rates, specials, and revenue-related factors; report findings to supervisors.
• Perform daily admin tasks including cash handling, deposits, and occasional auctions.
