Absolute Storage Management, LLC is seeking a Floating Assistant Manager (Client Happiness Hero) who will float across our Mid-South properties, Need Space, and Storage Station locations to assist customers, grow rentals, and keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll handle in-person and phone rentals, upsell insurance and moving supplies, provide outstanding service, and support daily office tasks, maintenance, and market research to stay competitive. A proactive, fast-paced team player is ideal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales or retail environment preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer service environment preferred.
• Property Manager: at least one year of property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renting units in-person or by phone; upsell rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and guiding customers through rental processes.
• Resolve issues professionally and positively.
• Maintain clean and organized office, restrooms, grounds, and vacant units; keep records and perform minor maintenance.
• Shop local competitors in-person and online; report rates and specials to supervisors and other departments.
• Monitor rates, specials, and revenue-related factors.
• Handle daily administrative tasks including cash handling, receipts, deposits, and auctions per policy.
