Job summary

Truist in Florida is seeking a friendly, professional individual to deliver outstanding client service both in person and over the phone. You will develop and expand client relationships while offering financial solutions and cross-training to perform teller duties when needed.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a background in sales and service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced branch environment. This role supports branch goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment including NMLS background
• Ability to multi-task and travel as needed
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone
• Develop and expand client relationships with consultative approaches
• Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed
• Meet or exceed branch sales targets through product referrals
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists
• Adhere to policies and risk management guidelines
• Assist with greeting clients and handling teller transactions
