Job summary

Senior Helpers of Santa Fe is seeking a Client Care & Community Relations Coordinator. This role blends sales, client relations, and care coordination in an office- and field-based setting, Monday through Friday, 9-5, with occasional flexibility to meet client needs.

You will proactively visit referral sources, convert inquiries into signed service agreements, and collaborate with the office team to ensure a seamless client experience while supporting retention and growth across New Mexico.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or community relations experience in healthcare, senior care, home health, or related field preferred.
• Strong closer mentality—able to move prospects from inquiry to signed agreement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with experience using CRM or lead-tracking systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Referral Development: visit referral sources and build strong professional relationships.
• Lead Management & Conversion: respond to inquiries, track leads, and convert to signed agreements.
• Client Retention & Satisfaction: conduct visits, support retention, and coordinate with office team.
