Job summary

Senior Helpers of Central NC is seeking a Client Service Manager to lead and grow our in-home care services. You will convert leads, retain clients, coordinate care hours, and ensure quality of care through active listening, care plan reviews, and field visits.

The role emphasizes building relationships with clients and families, managing the care team, monitoring satisfaction, and driving monthly growth while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in customer service, client services or account management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building with clients and families.
• Ability to learn software quickly; proficient with Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create onboarding process for new clients.
• Respond to service inquiries and follow up to meet conversion targets.
• Be main contact for introductions and first service visits for new clients and families.
• Determine services to enhance seniors’ quality of life.
• Field reassessments and visits for existing clients.
• Perform quality assurance checks on service delivery.
• Monitor online reviews and implement improvements.
• Communicate care plan changes with Scheduler and Care Team.
• Update retention dashboard weekly and plan to replace lost hours.
• Drive monthly growth and resolve issues proactively.
