Job summary

Clearstead Advisors LLC in Santa Fe, NM seeks a Client Service Manager to be the primary point of contact for client service requests and technical support, coordinating with custodians and partners. The role supports Trust Services and collaborates with the Client Associate team on special client projects.

You will resolve inquiries, organize projects, and maintain CRM data while upholding compliance and providing timely, accurate client experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years client service experience required.
• Specific investment management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, grammar and punctuation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow processes.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as client’s primary point of contact for operational and administrative tasks.
• Provide support to Associate Advisors and Lead Advisors.
• Coordinate with Trust Services and external partners.
• Lead team projects through to completion.
• Coordinate with brokers, banks, accountants, and other professionals.
• Schedule client meetings and prepare materials in advance.
• Maintain client information in CRM and reporting systems.
• Coordinate tax payments and document collection for tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules and guidelines.
